What you will do

• Serve as primary resource for internal AI initiatives, prioritizing high-impact opportunities across Product, hirify.globalering, Data, GTM teams and driving AI PD Operations roadmap.
• Build and lead high-performing AI PD Ops organization, managing individual contributors.
• Define and monitor AI adoption, performance, ROI metrics with dashboards for executive visibility.
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflow automations and internal tooling to boost throughput in Product Delivery.
• Ensure AI tools and workflows meet governance, security, compliance standards without hindering velocity.

Requirements

• 10+ years professional experience, 5+ years leading product operations teams
• Fluency with AI tools and models (Claude, Cursor, Gemini), building processes with AI agents and LLMs
• Proven track record building product operations infrastructure from scratch in fast-growing environments
• Strong data/analytics skills, comfortable with Snowflake, dbt, technical systems design
• Execution mindset to drive fast with judgment on agile processes for AI-native development
• Strategic communication to translate technical concepts for executives
