What you will do

• Lead the full cycle of new channel development, focusing on streaming/connected TV, paid social, and programmatic.
• Design and run geo-based or holdout tests to quantify true channel incrementality and proof of value.
• Scale Meta and TikTok campaigns for direct response, managing budgets in the six to seven-figure monthly range.
• Develop direct partnerships with media platforms to identify new formats and buying models.
• Own the attribution framework and provide data-backed investment recommendations to senior leadership.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative ideation, brief drafting, and performance analysis.

Requirements

• Proven track record of launching and scaling paid channels from scratch.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok for direct response (CPL, CVR, and revenue accountability).
• Deep expertise in measurement sophistication, including holdout methodologies and incrementality.
• Ability to act as a creative strategist, writing high-performing briefs and identifying performance drivers.
• Must be based in the United States and align with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated verticals.
• Experience with UGC creator sourcing and production workflows.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau for channel reporting.
