Location: Must be on-site 5 days/week in Lehi, Utah

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies.
• Create and implement strategic plans for sourcing diverse candidate pools for various roles.
• Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to business leadership on a regular basis.
• Initiate and deploy creative, scalable changes to existing recruiting workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, People Ops, and Legal to deliver a holistic candidate experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of qualifying technical candidates via LinkedIn and other creative sourcing methods.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ownership mindset and the ability to work effectively and independently.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lehi, Utah.

• Previous experience in Sales.
