What you will do
- Oversee planning and execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient delivery.
- Maintain a portfolio of initiatives enabling effective team integration across the organization.
- Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and regular check-ins to prevent blocks.
- Uphold quality throughout the program lifespan and identify process improvements in high-risk areas.
- Leverage data, metrics, usage, and user feedback to monitor initiative performance post-launch.
- Develop strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in engineering projects and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a technical program/project manager in Software Engineering or Cybersecurity.
- Past experience in software development.
- Knowledge of Cloud Software Engineering and Cybersecurity technologies.
- Experience using tools including Jira, Confluence, Atlassian, Github, Miro, Microsoft Teams.
- Outstanding ability to translate complex topics between technical and business colleagues.
- Experience working in an Agile model leveraging Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong problem-solving skills to drive new initiatives to delivery.
