What you will do

  • Define electrical validation strategies for memory IO interfaces to achieve optimized performance.
  • Validate circuit analog performance, electrical signal integrity compliance, and system-level margins.
  • Develop and optimize Memory Reference Code (MRC) requirements for quality improvements.
  • Design and execute validation procedures, infrastructure, and systems margin analysis.
  • Debug electrical design features to identify root causes and resolve triage failures.
  • Collaborate with architecture, design, and pre-silicon verification teams to ensure robust IO architectures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ years in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in memory electrical validation, including signal integrity and signal margin validation (SIV/SMV).
  • Proficiency in analog and mixed signal fundamentals and electrical calibration methodology.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in high-speed mixed signal design or high-speed IO electrical validation.
  • Familiarity with DDR5 and LP5 memory technologies.
  • Functional knowledge of Memory Reference Code (MRC) FW components.
  • Experience in technical leadership or team collaboration roles.
