What you will do

• Conduct architectural investigations and implementation for circuits such as PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, and CDRs.
• Perform design verification using industry-standard tools like SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Execute and supervise layout activities in nanometric technologies.
• Characterize, debug, and validate prototype designs independently in the lab.
• Generate design documentation and application specifications while supporting customers and FAEs.
• Interface with digital and SOC teams to facilitate design integration and cross-functional verifications.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience designing mixed-signal circuits, including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, and regulators.
• Expertise in low power and high-speed design techniques.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 10-15 years of experience, or a Master's/PhD with 5-10 years of experience.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
