What you will do

• Establish vision for freelance and vendor operations at the intersection of content systems and AI integration, defining success metrics and roadmaps.
• Design tech-forward workflows with self-service tooling for contractor management, task assignment, QC, and feedback loops.
• Identify critical resources for scaling initiatives and drive prioritization across people and technology.
• Manage a team of program managers.

Requirements

• People management experience: Hiring and developing a team of program management staff.
• Program management experience: Operational leadership in large-scale programs or building processes from the ground up.
• Collaboration skills: Partnering with engineering, product, content, finance, legal, and executives.
• Tooling strategy: Curiosity about technologies, defining automation roadmaps, data-driven build vs buy decisions.
• Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written English.

• Proven experience maturing 0-to-1 operations into durable systems with evaluation loops, anomaly detection, and AI workflows.
