What you will do

• Translate complex technical requirements from Product, Platform, and ML Engineering into program plans with clear milestones, owners, and deadlines.
• Manage project schedules and dependencies across teams to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
• Participate in technical strategy development and resource planning alongside engineering and product partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment toward shared goals.
• Design and iterate on operational best practices, including incident management and leading post-mortems.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Technical Program or Project Management.
• 1-3 years of experience supporting software engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, Jira, and a basic understanding of SQL.
• Experience working in iterative, fast-paced weekly release environments using Agile and Scrum processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
