What you will do

• Drive end-to-end AI deployment roadmap from scoping and architecture to enterprise rollout and user adoption.
• Bridge internal engineering and enterprise clients, translating SCM requirements into AI workflows and agent integrations.
• Navigate enterprise IT environments, integrate with legacy systems, data pipelines, and APIs to accelerate time-to-value.
• Troubleshoot technical hurdles with cross-functional teams and end-users for on-time launches.
• Establish feedback loops with customers to improve AI models, agents, and product performance.
• Refine deployment strategies with ownership to solve challenges and deliver measurable ROI.

Requirements

• BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 6+ years customer-facing ehirify.globalperience in program/project management, forward deployments, or technology consulting.
• Proven track record deploying Enterprise AI or complehirify.global SaaS to large customers.
• Ehirify.globalperience delivering high-stakes technical projects with cross-stream coordination.
• Broad familiarity with AI stack: agents, ML, LLMs, cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with APIs, data ingestion, validation, and integrations.
• Strong leadership for senior leaders and end-users in high-velocity environments.
