Senior Fullstack Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $160,000 - $180,000

A tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group providing virtual and in-home care for children with special health care needs.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications, microservices, and APIs.
• Implement third-party integrations and external APIs to enhance platform capabilities.
• Develop, test, and deliver client-facing, production-ready features.
• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary remote Product Engineering team.
• Translate business goals into technical architecture and requirements.
• Estimate product scope and timelines.

Requirements

• Deep experience with cloud-based services, service design patterns, and data structures.
• Proficiency with NodeJS, TypeScript, AWS, Terraform, and React.
• Strong understanding of production system layers, including testing and integrations.
• Experience building highly scalable and performant backend services.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare or virtual care.
• Experience with FHIR.
