Senior Fullstack Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $160,000–$180,000 base salary per year, plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Design, build, maintain, and mature scalable backend applications, microservices, APIs, and system architecture.
• Implement third-party integrations and external APIs to expand platform capabilities.
• Develop, test, and deliver secure, documented, production-ready client-facing features.
• Translate business goals into technical architecture and requirements with stakeholders.
• Estimate product scope and timelines while collaborating across a remote Product Engineering team.
• Work across different parts of the stack as needed and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Deep experience with cloud services, service design patterns, data structures, and data integrations.
• Experience with NodeJS/TypeScript or similar languages, AWS, Terraform, and React.
• Strong understanding of production systems, including data, integrations, testing, and user-facing clients.
• Experience building highly scalable and performant backend services.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, hypergrowth environment.
• Understanding of web and mobile use cases and willingness to work across the stack.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or virtual care experience.
• FHIR experience.
