What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of high-potential VARs, Distributors, and MSSPs in the US and Canada.
- Execute joint business plans and co-selling strategies in tight alignment with field sales teams.
- Lead partner sales-training and technical enablement to elevate partner readiness.
- Plan and run regional partner demand-generation campaigns, webinars, and field events.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline management, deal registration hygiene, and accurate forecasting within the CRM.
- Provide critical market and competitive insights to Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in North American channel/partner sales for cybersecurity vendors.
- Proven track record of building and scaling VAR and MSSP partnerships.
- Strong familiarity with CTI/TIPs, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SOAR technologies.
- Must be based in the eastern regions of the US or Canada.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and experience in complex deal structuring.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment by creating repeatable processes.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) or CTI solutions.
- Experience launching partner programs or opening new regions for Series A–C startups.
- Knowledge of US public-sector and enterprise procurement and compliance.
