What you will do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with technical stakeholders, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Promote and demonstrate the value of Fraud and Identity Fusion, combining identity verification, fraud detection, and behavior insights.
  • Lead technical product demonstrations and proof of concept (PoC) workshops to showcase security and operational efficiency.
  • Provide expert pre-sales guidance on risk-adaptive customer journeys, fraud telemetry, and dynamic rules.
  • Collaborate with sales and post-sales teams to ensure smooth deployment and resolve technical objections.
  • Customize solutions using AI/ML-powered services and fraud detection tools to maximize business value for customers.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Canada
  • 3-5 years of sales engineering experience with a strong background in identity management and fraud prevention.
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships and influence technical decision-makers.
  • Technical expertise in IAM concepts: Authentication, Authorization, SSO, and User Lifecycle Management.
  • Experience with cloud services including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS solution selling within the security or fraud prevention domain.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-powered fraud detection and identity orchestration tools.
