What you will do

• Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of BESS, Energy Management Systems (EMS), and power plant networks.
• Review electrical engineering designs and develop technical commissioning procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate between electrical, civil, mechanical, network, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Plan and manage multiple commissioning project schedules to ensure timely completion within budget.
• Establish and enforce quality and safety standards in collaboration with the HSEQ Manager.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during the installation and commissioning phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience delivering electrical systems, including Power Plants, Substations, and BESS projects.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role overseeing BESS commissioning.
• Extensive knowledge of SCADA standards and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC DA/OPC UA, DNP3).
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting including Fiber-optic, serial, and direct signal interfaces.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for project oversight and delivery.

• Relevant certifications in energy systems or automation.
