What you will do

• Lead the healthcare market strategy and drive growth for the Southern California Electrical team.
• Build and grow a specialized team of electrical engineers and designers focused on healthcare, science, and technology.
• Act as both Project Manager and Engineer-of-Record for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with MEP counterparts to deliver integrated solutions across the region.
• Expand client portfolios by pursuing and winning new projects in healthcare and science sectors.
• Travel weekly to bi-weekly based on project and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in electrical engineering and project management.
• Minimum of 8 years of HCAI/OSHPD experience.
• Proven leadership in managing high-performing technical teams.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer (PE) in California is preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tustin, CA office (Hybrid).
