What you will do

• Oversee and lead technical deliverables for the design, construction, and commissioning of BESS projects.
• Manage third-party engineering and EPC firms, as well as various equipment vendors.
• Partner with internal teams to define, review, and execute interconnection agreements for the U.S. power grid.
• Prepare and issue RFQ/RFP packages for EPC contractors and engineering consultants.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, developers, and utility companies.
• Perform site visits before, during, and after construction to support project activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably focused on Power Engineering.
• 5-7+ years of experience in project engineering, procurement, and construction management within the power generation and utility industries.
• Experience with the design and commissioning of high-voltage utility substations, switchyards, and transmission systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revu Bluebeam.
• Ability to travel intermittently, up to approximately 30% per year.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and focus on North American energy markets.
