What you will do

• Design DDC and PLC based building automation and electrical power monitoring systems for large-scale projects.
• Develop controls network and system architecture, incorporating specific IT/OT requirements.
• Select instrumentation, sensors, actuators, and valves, and review sequence of operations and system diagrams.
• Utilize Revit software to prepare technical drawings and visual aids.
• Participate in Construction Administration (CA) activities, design reviews, and internal quality control.
• Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to streamline workflows and enhance work output quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BAS/EPMS engineering (including troubleshooting and validation).
• Proficiency in Revit and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of IoT, smart building solutions, and networking (VLANs, LANs, Switches, Routers).
• Experience with open-source protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and SNMP.
• Knowledge of DDC (Distech, Honeywell, Tridium Niagara) and PLC (Schneider Electric, Allen Bradley) systems.
• Must be based in the United States.
