What you will do

• Create and execute commissioning plans and schedules for large EPC projects.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery.
• Develop and execute testing protocols based on market rules and utility requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to define timelines and resource needs.
• Lead safety efforts using the hirify.global safety management system (SMS).
• Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and control systems teams.

Requirements

• Technical undergraduate degree (BSEE, BSME, BSCE, Physics, Math, or Chemistry).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commissioning or similar role.
• Fluency in German and English required.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Experience with SCADA, MODBUS, and structured technical problem solving.
• Proven track record in safety leadership in operational settings.

• Experience with SAP or equivalent reporting tools.
