What you will do
- Create and execute commissioning plans and schedules for large EPC projects.
- Interface with stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery.
- Develop and execute testing protocols based on market rules and utility requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering to define timelines and resource needs.
- Lead safety efforts using the safety management system (SMS).
- Coordinate with construction managers, contractors, and control systems teams.
Requirements
- Technical undergraduate degree (BSEE, BSME, BSCE, Physics, Math, or Chemistry).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a commissioning or similar role.
- Fluency in German and English required.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
- Experience with SCADA, MODBUS, and structured technical problem solving.
- Proven track record in safety leadership in operational settings.

- Experience with SAP or equivalent reporting tools.
