Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in Office), Must be based in Taiwan

What you will do

• Provide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting, and hands-on technical support to customers.
• Support customer training during commissioning and operational phases.
• Manage 3rd party service contractors for planned and reactive maintenance.
• Execute Quality Control activities and audit safety and performance on-site.
• Manage maintenance works using managerial planning software (CMMS) and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with 24/7 Operations, Performance Analyst, and Product Development teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Wind, Solar, or industrial/utility O&M, performance testing, and troubleshooting.
• English communication skills sufficient for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Willingness to accept assignments requiring extensive overnight travel, including weekends and holidays.
• Hands-on field experience in utility-scale industrial environments, including installation and commissioning.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects and subcontractor workloads effectively.
