What you will do

• Lead actuarial teams supporting DBL, PFL, and PFML products, overseeing pricing, in-force management, and experience analysis.
• Direct quarterly valuation processes for Employee Benefit products, ensuring compliance with Stat, GAAP, and Tax requirements.
• Serve as the primary actuarial lead for internal and external audits and regulatory reviews.
• Implement and maintain robust actuarial governance, controls, and documentation standards.
• Partner with Product, ERM, Finance, and Legal teams to support profitable growth and operational excellence.
• Design and improve scalable processes for modeling, assumption setting, and reporting.

Requirements

• Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA)
• Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA)
• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of actuarial experience, with at least 4+ years in managerial roles.
• Deep expertise in Employee Benefits products and knowledge of Statutory, GAAP, and Tax reporting frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing complex deliverables across reporting cycles and supporting regulatory audits.
