What you will do

• Coordinate global insurance operations for corporate events, brand activations, real estate development, and M&A transactions.
• Manage financial administration of insurance premiums, including invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Lead claims support by coordinating between Risk Management, Legal, brokers, and insurance counsel.
• Compile underwriting data for policy renewals and maintain accurate property and exposure schedules.
• Develop and maintain the risk management framework for vetting third parties, insurers, and event logistics.
• Support the Business Continuity Management Program through Core Working Group meetings and tabletop exercises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5-6+ years of experience in Corporate Risk Management, insurance, or brokerage.
• Deep knowledge of insurance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA to support the hybrid work model.
