What you will do

• Lead a touring team and manage a Monster Jam truck display experience across the USA.
• Operate and maintain a Class-A CDL hauler and competition truck for display purposes.
• Oversee full set-up, activation, and tear-down of experiential displays at multiple locations per week.
• Engage with consumers, fans, and retail managers to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue communication, tour schedules, and expense reports.
• Develop post-event reports recapping performance metrics, consumer feedback, and event photos.

Requirements

• Possess a valid and current CDL-A with a clean driving record.
• 5+ years of experience touring and managing experiential marketing programs.
• Ability to tour and travel full-time for the duration of the tour (approx. 20 weeks) in a shared vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75+ pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience operating and maintaining Monster Jam or other motorsports equipment.
• Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot tour assets.
• Industry experience with children's toys or motorsports verticals.
