Salary: $163,500 - $245,500

What you will do
- Develop and execute the annual events strategy, including the flagship "Collaborative" conference and 40+ field events.
- Build the infrastructure, vendor partnerships, and process architecture for the experiential marketing function to support scale.
- Manage the experiential marketing budget and report on ROI, pipeline influence, and attendee engagement.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of direct reports and contractors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align event goals with business priorities.
- Define KPIs for all event programs and use data to inform broader GTM priorities and messaging.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in event, experiential, or field marketing.
- 3–4 years of experience managing a team.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale B2B events (1,000+ attendees) with direct accountability for pipeline impact.
- Must be based in the US (indicated by US salary, 401k, and legal notices).
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Swoogo, ClickUp, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, nonprofit technology, or mission-driven organizations.
- Experience building or scaling event programs in a high-growth company.
