Focus on optimizing workflows, eliminating revenue leakage, and identifying automation opportunities in collaboration with Product and Legal teams.

Location: Anywhere in EMEA, Americas, or APAC

Salary: $46,300 — $117,150 USD per year

What you will do

  • Hire, lead, and coach a high-performance operational benefits team.
  • Optimize processes, workflows, and tools to deliver superior value to employees and clients.
  • Prevent revenue leakage during the recharging of benefits to clients.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify and implement automation opportunities.
  • Ensure full service delivery compliance in partnership with the Legal team.
  • Support reporting, audit, and data integrity initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • HR generalist and benefits expertise across multiple countries.
  • Proven experience managing small to medium-sized teams.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in EMEA, Americas, or APAC.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
