TL;DR

Compensation & Equity Operations Associate: Support administration and execution of global equity compensation and core compensation programs with an accent on operational support, data accuracy, process coordination, and employee guidance. Focus on maintaining equity records, coordinating transactions with partners, supporting compliance activities, and preparing compensation reports and reconciliations.

Location: Greenwich, Connecticut, United States (hybrid: office Monday-Thursday, remote Friday)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 base + equity + annual performance bonus

What you will do

  • Administer global equity programs including stock options, RSUs, grants, vesting, and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate equity records, reports, and basic tax data.
  • Draft employee-facing communications like FAQs and intranet content on equity programs.
  • Coordinate with external administrators and internal teams (Payroll, Finance, HRIS, Legal) for equity transactions.
  • Support compliance, annual compensation processes (merit, promotions, bonuses), job leveling, and market benchmarking.
  • Prepare reports, audits, reconciliations, and respond to compensation inquiries.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in compensation, equity administration, HR operations, or related analytical/administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Exposure to equity compensation or corporate compensation processes preferred
  • Experience with data, reports, or HR systems in deadline-driven environment
