Location: Bellevue, WA, USA / Remote (Hybrid)
Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from pre-sale engagement through renewal and expansion for strategic accounts.
- Lead governance charter activation, defining program accountability, decision rights, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate between Onboarding, Delivery, and AI & Governance teams to ensure seamless handoffs and quality gates.
- Oversee partner-led enterprise accounts, ensuring execution quality and intervening when outcomes are at risk.
- Build and deliver outcome-based renewal business cases quantifying risk reduction and storage cost savings.
- Develop and present monthly executive reports and QBR decks to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years in enterprise Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale B2B SaaS.
- Experience managing relationships with senior executives (CIO, CDO, Legal, Risk) in complex environments.
- Proven ability to lead executive reviews, QBRs, and board-level reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen in renewal forecasting and business case development.
- Must be based in or able to work in Bellevue, WA, USA (Hybrid).
- Ability to pass a police background check.
Nice to have
- Experience with partner-led delivery or partner-oversight models.
- Familiarity with AI governance, data classification, or information security frameworks.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, public sector, or critical infrastructure.
- Experience with products or similar information governance platforms.
