Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Own end-to-end relationships with assigned enterprise customers to increase adoption and ensure retention.
- Act as a strategic advisor to help customers achieve business objectives and key performance indicators.
- Conduct quarterly Executive Business Reviews to evaluate goals, progress, and opportunities.
- Identify and develop upsell opportunities within the existing book of business.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to advocate for customer needs and manage account escalations.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS company.
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers.
- Location: Must be based in the USA (Remote or Chicago, IL).
- Ability to travel 10% or more of the time.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
