What you will do

  • Partner with Operations for swift execution of new camera station installations and facilitate actions across Sales and Operations.
  • Drive account management to ensure customer satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and support renewals in land-and-expand strategy.
  • Navigate SaaS expectations, align business goals with client needs, and deliver tailored solutions based on deep understanding of customer goals.
  • Problem-solve delivery challenges, present strategic findings, and foster decision-making by bridging client priorities with internal teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships for streamlined implementations, ongoing needs reviews, and recommendations to boost adoption and success.
  • Contribute to product feature development by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree; MBA, MS, or relevant experience preferred.
  • At least 7 years in technology consulting or account management, preferably SaaS/enterprise software.
  • Proven track record with Fortune 1000 customers and 7-figure+ recurring revenue.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments, leading teams, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in customer interactions, relationship-building, and presentations.
  • Passion for environmental issues; travel 10-20%.
