TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AI): Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers to maximize the value of AI-powered CX assurance solutions with an accent on ROI articulation, revenue growth, and long-term adoption. Focus on managing multinational accounts, negotiating renewals, and bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and strategic C-suite value.

Location: Remote (Preferably based on the East Coast or Eastern time zone of the United States)

Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 a year (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own customer outcomes and articulate measurable ROI to key stakeholders and executives.
  • Negotiate long-term renewals with a focus on secured revenue uplift.
  • Act as a program manager across the customer journey, including professional services engagements.
  • Build adoption and value plans to establish a long-term vision for customer growth.
  • Organize and host regular check-in meetings, onsite visits, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to grow revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Role.
  • Experience managing large, multinational accounts and presenting to senior executives.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Strong technical acumen to translate product strengths into business value.
  • Strong program management and analytical skills to identify patterns and trends.
  • Must be based in the US, preferably on the East Coast or Eastern time zone.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working in a SaaS or telecoms environment.
  • Knowledge of software testing and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
