Customer Success Manager (AI): Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise customers to maximize the value of AI-powered CX assurance solutions with an accent on ROI articulation, revenue growth, and long-term adoption. Focus on managing multinational accounts, negotiating renewals, and bridging the gap between technical product capabilities and strategic C-suite value.
Location: Remote (Preferably based on the East Coast or Eastern time zone of the United States)
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 a year (OTE)

What you will do
- Own customer outcomes and articulate measurable ROI to key stakeholders and executives.
- Negotiate long-term renewals with a focus on secured revenue uplift.
- Act as a program manager across the customer journey, including professional services engagements.
- Build adoption and value plans to establish a long-term vision for customer growth.
- Organize and host regular check-in meetings, onsite visits, and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs).
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base to grow revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Role.
- Experience managing large, multinational accounts and presenting to senior executives.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong technical acumen to translate product strengths into business value.
- Strong program management and analytical skills to identify patterns and trends.
- Must be based in the US, preferably on the East Coast or Eastern time zone.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working in a SaaS or telecoms environment.
- Knowledge of software testing and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
