What you will do
- Own customer outcomes and ensure value delivery throughout the customer lifecycle
- Negotiate long-term renewals and secure revenue growth
- Manage the entire customer journey including professional services engagements
- Build adoption and value plans aligned with customer strategic objectives
- Serve as a technical bridge translating product capabilities to business value for executives and end users
- Identify and grow new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States, preferably East Coast or Eastern time zone
- Minimum 5 years experience in Customer Success roles managing large multinational accounts
- Strong program management, strategic thinking, and technical acumen
- Experience in SaaS or telecom environments preferred
- Ability to engage confidently with senior customer executives and deliver measurable ROI
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline desirable
