What you will do

• Plan and execute investor-led gatherings including dinners, roundtables, and networking events.
• Manage end-to-end logistics: venue and vendor selection, menu planning, and on-site troubleshooting.
• Assist in the execution of the company's participation in major third-party industry conferences.
• Collaborate on the planning and execution of large-scale flagship summits for founders and industry leaders.
• Act as project manager for events, maintaining detailed briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage event platforms, guest lists, and post-event reporting and surveys.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in event planning, operations, or marketing.
• Must be based in San Francisco and comfortable working in-office 3 days per week.
• Ability to support evening events and travel occasionally.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gatsby, Affinity, Google Sheets, Canva, or Figma.
• Passion for or experience in the venture capital, startup, or tech ecosystem.
• Background in hospitality, marketing, or community management.
