What you will do

• Support execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, print, social, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot including emails, workflows, landing pages, reporting, list segmentation, and data maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to develop content, creative assets, and messaging aligned with brand goals.
• Create presentations, collateral, and materials for internal teams, sales partners, and clients.
• Coordinate promotions and communications for events, trade shows, and webinars.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and tracking of key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
• Manage fulfillment and coordination of promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related Business field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing or related roles preferred.
• Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or CRM required; HubSpot certifications strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop) preferred.
