What you will do

  • Lead strategy and execution for agent-facing sales events, including regional activations, summits, and large-scale brand experiences.
  • Build and scale a brokerage-focused partnerships program with defined packages, tiers, and activation opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end event delivery, including vendor management, speaker support, and onsite execution.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage brokerage and industry partnerships to create mutual value.
  • Create scalable playbooks, workflows, and budget models to improve predictability across the events portfolio.
  • Measure performance and share insights through reporting and executive communications.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships.
  • Proven success leading large-scale event programs from strategy through execution.
  • Experience building partnerships that drive revenue or business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and ROI evaluation.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for key event programs.
  • Must be based in the United States.
