What you will do

• Review social media campaign performance and visualize metrics to make strategic recommendations.
• Analyze user engagement and conversion data to determine the effectiveness of copy and community management.
• Research online fan communities and identify trends to apply to active campaigns.
• Construct detailed reports and build dashboards for campaign reporting and tactical learnings.
• Collaborate with accounts, strategy, partnerships, and creative teams to provide data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a social media analytics role.
• Experience working on entertainment industry social media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social networks, their functionality, and the digital advertising landscape.
• Ability to conduct data analysis, including cleanup and normalization.
• Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Availability to work M-F, 9am-6pm PST.
