What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of U.S. motorsport events focused on premium hospitality for executives and VIPs.
• Design and deliver guest experiences including paddock access, private suites, trackside activations, and concierge services.
• Manage logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination for seamless execution.
• Build relationships with racing teams, rights holders, circuits, and internal teams to align activations with business goals.
• Support delegate nomination, registration, approvals, and communications with sales leadership.
• Track and report event performance using Salesforce and Tableau, producing post-event insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years in event-led marketing, hospitality, or experiential programs, preferably in sports, tech, luxury, or racing
• Demonstrated experience executing complex high-touch live events and premium hospitality.
• Strong project management, attention to detail, and operational discipline.
• Excellent communication and relationship management for cross-functional and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable with frequent travel (20–30%, heavier during racing seasons), including nights and weekends

Nice to have

• Experience with endurance racing teams, GT programs, or series like WEC, IMSA, SRO.
• Background in international event logistics and global travel planning.
• Experience curating VIP communications and sponsorship measurement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and event technology platforms.
