What you will do

• Lead client onboarding and activation as the regional focal point, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution with high satisfaction.
• Manage a team of Project Managers and collaborators from Customer Success, driving performance, engagement, and retention.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and other teams for accurate scoping, resource planning, and client success.
• Handle escalations, manage risks/issues, and implement process improvements to accelerate time-to-value.
• Oversee operational efficiency with capacity planning, utilization targets, and metrics reporting to leadership.
• Drive recruitment, people management, partner relationships, and team growth strategies.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Portuguese required, Spanish fluency a strong plus.
• BSc or MSc, preferably in Computer Science or technical equivalent.
• 10+ years in consulting or professional services management in software development.
• Demonstrated success delivering projects in LATAM, including large-scale enterprise programs.
• Deep expertise in project scoping, risk management, operational excellence, and team growth in enterprise software.
• Exceptional communication for executive stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong leadership for recruiting, managing, and retaining technical talent.
