What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for two enterprise platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives across scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering Managers, Architects, and Product Managers to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Configure and optimize Jira boards to increase process transparency and team coordination.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through proactive communication on progress, risks, and strategic decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks and remove blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and delivery governance to ensure strong commercial performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software project management, including risk management and delivery planning.
  • Strong proficiency in configuring and adapting Jira boards to meet project needs.
  • Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments and complex organizational contexts.
  • Deep knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
  • Location: Must be based in Ukraine.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or Scrum Master.
  • Practical experience with technology projects involving databases, Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, or SDLC processes.
