Salary: $80,000-$120,000 per year + 10% discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Serve as strategic lead for high-value enterprise clients, driving campaign planning, execution, and optimization across digital and retail media platforms.
• Lead discovery sessions and develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client objectives, budgets, bids, audiences, and creatives.
• Deliver advanced performance analysis using attribution models and ROAS to inform strategy and investment decisions.
• Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, identifying growth and innovation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Technical Account Management, and Product teams for seamless execution.
• Mentor team members and stay current on media trends, platform updates, and AI tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital advertising, media buying, or ecommerce marketing managing enterprise accounts
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Walmart Connect
• Strong analytical skills with tools like Tableau, Looker, Power BI
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience managing budgets, cross-functional teams, and data-driven decisions
• Strong AI fluency for workflows and analysis

Nice to have

• 5+ years experience and Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related
• Experience in SaaS, agency, or eCommerce tech; retail media networks
• Previous mentoring or coaching experience
