What you will do
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social, and video.
- Optimize Google Ads, Bing, and other programmatic channels to increase high-quality leads at efficient costs.
- Conduct frequent A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze SEM performance and create detailed ROI reports for various brands.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to advance overall growth strategies and customer acquisition.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of paid search experience specifically in a B2B environment.
- In-depth hands-on expertise with Google Ads and current best practices.
- Deep understanding of B2B funnel metrics including MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and Closed Won.
- Experience utilizing CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) to fuel automated bidding strategies.
- Advanced data analysis skills, with high proficiency in Excel.
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Experience with PMAX, Google Display Network, Microsoft Ads, and website analytic tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve ad testing and day-to-day processes.
- Experience debugging funnel issues in coordination with Sales Teams.
