What you will do

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social, and video.
  • Optimize Google Ads, Bing, and other programmatic channels to increase high-quality leads at efficient costs.
  • Conduct frequent A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze SEM performance and create detailed ROI reports for various brands.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to advance overall growth strategies and customer acquisition.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of paid search experience specifically in a B2B environment.
  • In-depth hands-on expertise with Google Ads and current best practices.
  • Deep understanding of B2B funnel metrics including MQLs, SALs, SQLs, and Closed Won.
  • Experience utilizing CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) to fuel automated bidding strategies.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, with high proficiency in Excel.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience with PMAX, Google Display Network, Microsoft Ads, and website analytic tools.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to improve ad testing and day-to-day processes.
  • Experience debugging funnel issues in coordination with Sales Teams.
