What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize omnichannel campaigns in DSP, Amazon Search, Walmart, Criteo to exceed client goals on conversion rates and ROI.
• Develop tailored commerce media strategies for client growth, retention, and profitability.
• Integrate hirify.global's product suite into strategies for scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze cross-channel data to interpret trends and make recommendations aligned with KPIs.
• Maintain expert knowledge of commerce platforms, educate clients and teams, and lead thought leadership.
• Act as account leader, delegate to juniors, and manage day-to-day operations proactively.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning with $500k+ monthly budgets.
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Criteo preferred.
• Experience with Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, Helium10 preferred.
• Expert fluency in hirify.global's product suite.
• Strong client communication for high satisfaction and retention.
• Data-driven decision-making for campaign optimization.
