What you will do

• Develop and implement paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and X to align with client goals.
• Analyze and optimize the full customer journey and funnel to identify drop-off points and improve conversion rates.
• Design and execute A/B tests for promotional offers, pricing strategies, and messaging.
• Lead the development of compelling creative concepts in collaboration with Creative Strategists.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting strategic planning sessions and providing actionable insights.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in growth strategy or digital marketing with a strong focus on paid advertising and e-commerce.
• Demonstrated expertise in media strategy, funnel optimization, and creative strategy.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business growth via Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to manage senior-level client relationships.
• Professional presentation skills, including the ability to craft impactful decks for stakeholders.
