What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize Search + DSP Retail Media campaigns on platforms like Walmart, Target, Instacart to exceed client goals in conversions and ROI.
• Develop omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to client goals for growth, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze cross-channel data to interpret trends, make recommendations, and achieve Same Store Growth targets.
• Integrate hirify.global's product suite into activations for scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain expertise in commerce media platforms, educate clients and teams, and collaborate across channels.
• Proactively manage accounts, delegate tasks, and implement improvements for continuous growth.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning roles with proven track record.
• Experience with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo preferred.
• Experience with Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, Helium10 preferred.
• Maintain annual certifications for relevant platforms.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven decision-making and strategic thinking.
