What you will do

• Lead day-to-day processes to ensure accurate delivery of client accounting needs and data maintenance.
• Review accounting matters for fund structures, including equalisations and carry calculations.
• Manage the completion of audit queries and ensure strict ISAE compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements for the reporting suite based on stakeholder feedback.
• Oversee the preparation and reconciliation of periodic direct and indirect tax returns.
• Supervise, coach, and conduct performance appraisals for team members.

Requirements

• Professional qualification such as ACCA or ACA.
• Demonstrable industry experience in financial services (Real Asset fund experience is a plus).
• Essential experience in bookkeeping, VAT returns, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
• Proven experience in people management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic and professional approach.
