Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of advisory clients.
• Advise on Corporate Tax planning, including restructures, reorganisations, demergers, MBOs, EOTs, and due diligence.
• Support clients through business acquisitions and disposals by advising on tax implications.
• Provide guidance on business structuring, incorporations, and profit extraction strategies.
• Contribute to personal and family wealth planning projects, including CGT and IHT planning.
• Review Corporate Tax computations to identify wider planning opportunities and work with Partners on complex assignments.

Requirements

• Strong Corporate Tax experience gained within practice.
• Proven exposure to advisory work.
• Ability to interpret complex tax legislation and communicate advice clearly to clients.
