What you will do

• Define strategic direction for AR team to improve DSO, dispute resolution, customer terms, and reduce credit risk exposure.
• Lead AP team for working capital efficiency, payment compliance, automation roadmap, and P2P lifecycle optimisation.
• Manage people, coach AP/AR managers, build high-performance culture, and develop talent pipelines.
• Oversee operational DP management for compliance, audits, GSVA reviews, and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement through process mining, KPIs, and structured roadmaps for efficiency gains.

Requirements

• Based in London, UK with travel 0-10%.
• Strong experience leading AP, AR, and Credit teams in fast-paced FMCG environment.
• Track record in improving billing, collections, supplier management, and cashflow processes.
• Expertise in treasury controls, audit readiness, fraud prevention, and financial governance.
• Hands-on with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and automation tools; process implementation experience.
• Strong people leadership to build high-performing teams and influence stakeholders.
