What you will do

• Identify manual workflows and design automation to reduce operational friction and improve scalability.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems, including automated lead capture, routing, and task assignments.
• Automate marketing and sales processes, such as lead management, follow-up sequences, and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain integrations between platforms using APIs and tools like Zapier and Make.
• Develop dashboards and reporting workflows to track workflow efficiency and operational performance.

Requirements

• Experience in business process automation, CRM administration, or workflow optimization.
• Hands-on proficiency with tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, Monday.com, or Airtable.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and operational process design.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AET.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience supporting fintech, lending, or high-volume operational businesses.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation environments and workflow analytics.
