What you will do

• Manage and optimise HubSpot CRM environment including workflows, automations, dashboards, and reporting.
• Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable CRM solutions.
• Translate business requirements into effective HubSpot configurations.
• Ensure CRM data integrity, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
• Support sales pipeline visibility, process tracking, and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with teams to improve CRM adoption and document workflows and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting, and CRM management.
• Strong understanding of business processes, operational workflows, and process improvement.
• Experience supporting sales teams, pipeline management, or revenue operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills.
• Highly organised, self-motivated, with reliable hardware, stable internet, and power backup.
• Fully available to work UK business hours (GMT/BST).
