What you will do

• Act as the primary technical contact for clients during migration and implementation projects.
• Manage end-to-end migration of membership and payment data to Stripe and internal platforms.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and validation to ensure financial accuracy.
• Configure and update customer accounts using internal tools and scripts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
• Contribute to the optimization of migration processes and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or data migration roles.
• Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, Google Sheets, and CSV formats.
• Hands-on experience with payment platforms, specifically Stripe.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting for data tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail when working with customer data.
• Professional communication skills for direct interaction with clients and stakeholders.
