What you will do
- Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for enterprise healthcare clients, including multi-location deployments.
- Establish and maintain scalable operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational dashboards.
- Serve as the primary operational liaison and trusted advisor for executive-level client stakeholders.
- Oversee client-facing support processes, managing SLAs, ticket prioritization, and knowledge base enhancements.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to translate client feedback and feature requests into product improvements.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the client operations staff.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in client operations, implementation, or client success within healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex multi-location deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and practice management systems.
- Ability to develop and implement operational processes and comprehensive training programs.
- Must be based in California, United States and available for occasional travel.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Familiarity with EMR systems, patient portals, or healthcare workflow technologies.
- Experience with QA testing or product coordination in a software development environment.
- Background in scaling operational functions within growth-stage organizations.
