What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for enterprise healthcare clients, including multi-location deployments.
• Establish and maintain scalable operational workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational dashboards.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison and trusted advisor for executive-level client stakeholders.
• Oversee client-facing support processes, managing SLAs, ticket prioritization, and knowledge base enhancements.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to translate client feedback and feature requests into product improvements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the client operations staff.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in client operations, implementation, or client success within healthcare technology or SaaS.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex multi-location deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and practice management systems.
• Ability to develop and implement operational processes and comprehensive training programs.
• Must be based in California, United States and available for occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM).
• Familiarity with EMR systems, patient portals, or healthcare workflow technologies.
