What you will do

  • Oversee one or more programs to ensure operational success, employee engagement, and client satisfaction.
  • Manage employee performance and work processes to achieve clear direction and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and execute continuous program and process improvements to ensure best-in-class patient service.
  • Lead the development of program-specific presentations and participate in quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop a talent pipeline to fill future business needs and mentor department staff.
  • Serve as the organization's SME for programs and services, acting as a cross-functional liaison.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of operations management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, train, and develop employees.
  • Commitment to process improvement techniques and workflow enhancement.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make independent decisions.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in business or healthcare.
  • 5+ years of experience in patient/HUB services, pharmacy services, managed care, or account management.
