Operations Supervisor

What you will do

• Facilitate compliance to corporate health, safety, and environmental policies, including training and documentation.
• Lead the branch's emergency response team and conduct safety audits.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, communicate expectations, and cultivate positive work environment.
• Supervise material handlers and participate in external agency inspections (DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS).
• Support sales efforts while maintaining compliance and operational standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
