What you will do
- Facilitate compliance to corporate health, safety, and environmental policies, including training and documentation.
- Lead the branch's emergency response team and conduct safety audits.
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings, communicate expectations, and cultivate positive work environment.
- Supervise material handlers and participate in external agency inspections (DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS).
- Support sales efforts while maintaining compliance and operational standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, knowledge of chemical distribution facility operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
