Loss Prevention Manager

What you will do

• Lead loss prevention efforts including root cause analysis and strategy development to reduce loss and damage
• Guide team in managing property damage, shipment discrepancies, and subrogation activities
• Partner with agents, carriers, and internal teams to mitigate risks for high-value shipments
• Support resolution of complex claims and investigations involving theft or significant loss
• Analyze trends and data to identify risks and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with Claims, Safety, Customer Care, Legal, and Operations teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in loss prevention, claims, logistics, or related field
• 2+ years leadership or management experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills for complex situations
• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have

• Experience in moving, storage, or transportation industry
• Familiarity with cargo claims, subrogation, or risk management
